Hotel and Offsite Courtesy Shuttle Hotels, Motels, and Off-Site parking companies offering Courtesy Shuttle will pick up and drop off on the courtesy island shuttle lane. This is located on the 3rd floor of the parking structure on Island 1 and 3. Please contact your Hotel, Motel or Off-Site parking company directly to inquire if they provide courtesy shuttle to and from the Airport.

All operators starting a business at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport are required to have a current agreement on file. You must keep your information and permits up to date.

OPERATING AREA

Permitted Pre-Arranged limousines are allowed to pick up on the Arrival Drive (Lower Drive). 

Drop offs must be done on the Departure drive (Upper Drive). Please note you must use the Load and Unload Lanes or Bus Zones. Do not drop off at Thru Lanes or other marked off areas.

For meet and greet service, drivers must park in designated limo stalls is on the 3^rd floor of the parking garage. Driver passes are required for all Pre-Arranged Limousines. Please print your pass in advance and display on the vehicle dash. Call the Ground Transportation office at 206-787-5906 if you need a time extension or if your vehicle exceeds the garage height limits.

FAQs

I want to switch my vehicle; do I have to purchase a new permit?

If you own both vehicles, you do not need to purchase a new permit to switch. Please make sure you keep the permit and have updated paperwork for your new car present at the booth.  

I just got my windshield replaced, How do I get a new permit?

Please bring all the original paperwork and the voided permit to receive a replacement sticker. You will not be charged if you have all your paperwork.

Arrivals is busy, can I use the Departure drive to pick up my guest?

No. If you pick up on Departure drive, you will be ticketed for “loading in the wrong drive.”

I am going on vacation soon, can my driver come into purchase a permit for me?

The owner and driver need to come to the Ground Transportation booth to complete a Signature Capture/Authorized Signer Form. This will allow the driver to purchase permits on behalf of the owner. Don't forget to bring identification!

Do you prorate the cost of permits?

Permits are issued based off your DOL expiration date. We do not prorate.

Can I park in the parcel stalls?

We only accommodate parking in unauthorized areas when the limousine stalls are full. If you must park in a parcel stall, please inform the Ground Transportation staff.
